How it fits together

Design, build, and maintain

Landscaping falls into three kinds of work, and doing all three under one roof is what keeps a property consistent over the years. We design what a landscape should be, build the parts that need building, and maintain the whole of it season after season.

Some clients come to us to design and install a new landscape from the ground up; others just want their grounds kept sharp on a schedule. Most want some of both. Because the same firm handles the plan, the installation, and the upkeep, the crew that maintains your property is working with a landscape it understands, and nothing falls between two vendors.

Design

Planning the landscape

Certified landscape designers who plan a property for how it will actually be used, and for how plants perform in Georgia.

  • Landscape design

Certified designers turn a plan into a planted landscape, with plant selection for Georgia conditions, defined beds and walkways, and a property that fits together as a whole.

Build

Installing what a property needs

The structure, water, light, and systems that turn a plan into a finished landscape, built by licensed contractors and specialists.

  • Hardscape

Retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, and flagstone, the built structure that shapes how a yard is lived in and used.

  • Water features

Waterfalls and pondless fountains, designed, built, and maintained to bring the sound of moving water into a landscape.

  • Outdoor lighting

Landscape and architectural lighting for safety, security, and curb appeal that carries a property well into the evening.

  • Irrigation

Installation, maintenance, repair, and full replacement of sprinkler systems, plus seasonal start-ups and winterization.

  • Drainage

Dry creeks and dry-well systems that move standing water away from a home and keep a landscape from washing out.

Maintain

Keeping it healthy year-round

Enrolled programs that keep a landscape mowed, fed, planted, and clean through all four Georgia seasons, tended by the same crews.

  • Lawn maintenance

Enrolled programs that keep a property mowed, trimmed, edged, swept, and cleaned up on a schedule, tended by the same insured crews.

  • Turf management

Feeding, weed control, aeration, and overseeding that keep the grass itself thick and green through the Georgia year.

  • Flowers and shrubs

Seasonal color rotations and shrub care that keep beds and borders planted and tidy through spring, summer, and fall.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use one service, or can you handle the whole property?

We handle the whole property. Most clients pair a maintenance program with the design, build, and installation work they need, so one firm looks after the lawn, the beds, the hardscape, the water, and the systems rather than a patchwork of vendors.

Do you serve commercial properties as well as homes?

Yes. We maintain and build for both residential yards and large commercial grounds, including entrances, courtyards, and HOA common areas, with the same crews and the same standards, scoped to each site.

Is maintenance sold as a program?

Yes. Recurring maintenance is sold as an enrolled program scoped to your property, so the same crews know your landscape and it is looked after on a set schedule rather than called in job by job. One-time installation and build projects are scoped on their own.

How do I get a price?

Every property is different, so there are no published prices. Call us or send the estimate form and we will walk your property, talk through what you want, and put together a clear scope and estimate with no obligation.
